A local guy said that they lock up around corners with it in 2wd? I know a guy with a TJ that has a spartan in the front and his does not( i research before taking the plunge) the two different opinions kinda got me thinking.

The thing with a locker is that the inside tire in a curve gets the power. If it is working properly it will not lock up in a curve unless the inside kicks loose. In the front, if there is not power applied to it, you won't even know it is there.
You cant notice it at all, all u hear is clicking from it.

HELP

Is the steering box adjusted properly? Does the steering wheel move a little before the pitman arm?
Like the dead spot? I jacked the front up and tryed it with no pressure on the tires.

I am guessing you mean the dead spot when driving straight?

Yes. Grab your sector shaft and twist it while looking down on the steering box. If the shaft twists and pitman arm stays put, the steering box needs adjustment
But if you twist the sector shaft more than twice, you're just playing with it
Will do thanks 4.3LXJ

I got a leaking front brake caliper and wanted to know what everyone is doing to upgrade the front brakes without doing mods
