Greetings
Hello All!, I am also known as eleduardok at NAXJA and IFWDA. I am a member of MOJO offroad, a chapter of the Indiana 4WD assoc. Current ride is a '95 Country I got for 1$ from a buddy that no longer wanted/needed it. It had 95k one-owner miles and has been maintained well. I always had 4runners and FJ40's so this is my first XJ. So far it just has a homebrew BB of 2" with shocks, monster stereo, hellas up front, aurora reverse light, thule bars, 30" GY MTR's, and some electrical mods. Also some JCR stage 2 sliders, classs 3 hitch, 5-90's main cables and a bigger alternator. hrmm, full size/power CB with a hood channel mount wilson super flex, 3'.
Anyhoo, hello from the Midwest, and I will keep everyone up to date on my progress. 4.5" lift in the next few weeks with 32's, steering upgrades, and 3 row radiator next week.
I work as a plumber, retired my career as a professional Chef, and buy stuff for my toys as work allows. Glad to meet you all, Ed

I think you have won the least price paid for a XJ. :smiley-laughing021:
I'd really like to see a $1 XJ, so if you get a chance please post up some pictures.
Welcome.

He lives in Maine, and per parking at his place is allowed one vehicle. He came to Indy for Thanksgiving and bought a new Acura. I helped drive it to Maine, then drove XJ home. 24 hours straight through. It was a miracle too, as my other car had just blown a head gasket and wasn't worth fixing. He bought it new, and had it mostly dealer maintained. One minor wreck in side, other then that its clean. Just rolled 100k and showing some signs of regular stuff, and I put a few new dents in it at Redbird SRA cleanup, but I got it to use it ;)
