Tweeter Panels

I am looking for factory tweeter panels for the front door of my '01 Sport. Why are these things so hard to find?!

My tweeters are in the lower dash panel next to the courtesy lights.

I'm guess it is because they were only in limited models.. so there aren't a whole lot of them out there to be bought..
