Breaking News
My son, here as HUM WEE Jr. was just busted in Grass Valley, CA for speeding in a run away water heater. It is apparently illegal to drive a water heater 35 mph in a 25 mph zone. He narrowly escaped being cited because the PoPo could not identify the driver. He is currently very repentant (NOT) and is planning to garner more speed out of the water heater for an upcoming charity event.

Notice the Fred Flintstone feet
My wife, who was properly aghast, wanted to know if we could mount a spare turbo on it or something to make it go faster. I have referred her to traffic school.

Re: Breaking News
Well it happened again some old grumpy neighbor called the cops on us again. This time we went to a different neighborhood, only made two practice runs loaded up and were just heading down the road when the po-po showed up. A 25 mph zone, this time we almost hit 40mph. Here's the what we are up to. A charity based soap box Derby race. I work for a plumbing, electric and hvac company. We took an old water heater cut a hole in it put some bicycle wheels on it used some sheet metal used for barter sifting and made a nose cone and fin. It seems to do o.k. we need it to operate well at about 45 to50 mph to be ready to race in June. Wish us luck we have no almost no budget and are building this thing from garbage we collect from work.
