Chatbox changes

I have removed the 100 post requirement to be in chat.

Please do not use chatbox to ask questions about things that would best be put in a post. The main reason people come to the site is to read the posts. We gotta have something for them to read or they stop coming.

I have removed the date and time stamp from the chat lines, and replaced it with MINUTES and SECONDS. So you will have an idea how long ago that line you are reading was typed. 45:35 would be 45 minutes and 35 seconds after the hour. This will help with people that are in different timezones, well except those that are off by half hour increments. The majority, if not all, of our members it should apply to.
