How's marvel mystery compared to seafoam?

I've only seafoamed the engine. I have never put it in the gas tank. I will tell you this. I did 4 XJ's and 1 dodge van with seafoam and it was interesting with each one. I keep both around and continue to read as others on the forum relate their experiences.

Seafoam works great just poring it in the gas tank and driving. Verified by a tear down. But if you poor enough of it down an intake to get lots of white smoke, it will likely take out the O2 snesor

I've run the Seafoam in my fuel in my XJ and in my Honda 919 street bike. The XJ and Honda weren't exibiting any negative traits before I did the treatment so there was no noticeable difference with those.

I did have a problem with my old DR650 enduro. On my way back from Pikes Peak to Vegas an oring in the carb deteriorated and was making the bike run extremely rich to the point it must have caused some carbon buildup somewhere and I was getting such terrible blow by that the crank vent was literally puking out oil.

I ran Seafoam in the crankcase oil for 100 miles and it was fixed.
