Noob here. Hope to get some guidance

Hey members. New guy here. Need some info. My 95 Sport's F-L manual window regulator's crank just spins ( handle is good ). Can it be repaired ( weld gear to shaft ? ) or do I need another assembly? Will a L-R reg work or does it have to be a L-F ? Thanks Much and Happy Holidays!

The regulators have to be left and right. I doubt you can repair it, but anything is possible. To say for sure, you will have to take the door panel off and inspect it. If you have to replace it, then you will have to drill the pop rivets out with a 1/4" bit. To install, use 1/4X12" allen head screws with nylock nuts. !/4" pop rivet guns are lots of dollars.
