I'm looking at buying steel wheels with 3.00-4.00 offset, I have a 3 inch rough country lift, with 31s.

I really don't want to spend more then $40-$60 a wheel but if you guys can help me out that would be awesome!

Bought my crager soft 8's from summit racing. Reasonable pricing and frieght. Also you can choose from many different widths and back spacing combos.

Craigslist?? If you check your area and close by ones over about a month you will almost certainly find some

I'm with prcjeep, go with Craigslist.
I have bought both the D windows and the soft 8's from there for $100 a set or less, however if ya can't wait for the Craigslist score most tire shops either have steelies in stock or can get them for about the same price as online.
