After getting the Jeep back from A+ Transmissions (and after they let it peg the coolant temp gauge) I've had a miss. It comes and goes.

About a week ago a CEL light came on. I was pretty happy because this might give me a clue what is causing the problem.

Then I couldn't get anything I have that READS OBDII to work. I just got one of them working.

The code is a P0100. Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit I mean WTH?!?!

Anyone run across this one?

Well normally that code would be for a mass airflow sensor. But since our XJ's dont have those I'd look at the IAC and MAP since the do the job that a MAF would.

Well that was what was confusing me. They are both new, Chrysler new. Like a month old new. :(

may seem silly but did you check the cleanliness of the air filter?

I bought a new air filter when I bought the tune up stuff. I took out the old filter and thought it looked like new. I spread the bottom and looked between the pleats. It looks like it's hardly been used. I just put it back in.
