1st annual Birthday Run June 30th, 2012

I have received the go ahead from the wife to begin our first annual XJ4IV Birthday Run at Hidden Falls Adventure Park in Marble Falls Texas

the dates june 29-july 1 Primitive camping will be available at my house for about 20-30 tents parking will be a little tight but with our mad wheeling skills Im sure we can find ample parking onsite.
there is two buildings at my property for those who need a little more than cloth between you and the great outdoors one of the buildings can host 2 families that get along together LOL which includes a television which only plays DVD's and stereo, and the other building can host a single family. and at this point really doesnt offer much more than a shelter. there will be NO fee for camping at my house whatsoever but PLEASE clean up and be respectful as this is MY property!
Ill post a video of the property so you all can get a feel for everything and what all you might wanna bring with you.

For those wondering Hidden Falls is 5 miles from my house and for those interested in trailering your rig out here you can park the truck n trailer at my house and being so close to the park we can even ride our non street worthy rigs to the park so long as we convoy out there and keep the non worthy ones on the inside of the pack!

Those who really want a hotel/motel can lodge in the city which is only two more miles into town.

after saturday run we can enjoy the great outdoors and have a little bonfire and roast marshmallows for the kiddos you can BYOB and I HOPE to have a BBQ pit built by then to accomodate BYOM meaning bring your own meat! I will also clear out the car port to accomodate a clean surface for any other things that ya'll might wanna do ( kids play area, eating area, any Rig repairs possibly!)
Im not positive the rates for Hidden Falls howeveR I WILL try to get a group rate for us!

Mudderoy 2 adults... tentative this is an example of if your not sure if you can make it but your really anticipating it!

well Im not gonna host this unless folks start posting up ... I planned on dropping some dime in preparation for this and so far Ive had only 4 commit so far. I'll still wheel this weekend but If I cant get a few folks to actually come over then Im not gonna bound myself to hosting this and still dealing with the stress of hosting such an event, I hosted several events in the dallas area and I know how to be a great host ... Guess I need to offer up some freebies for the folks that join in!

as for the 1913 question no the building was actually addressed as 1913 the age of the building on that specific building was from the 20's-30's but my house was NOT the original location, the man we are buying from worked for the power company out here and he is a surveyor so he goes to remote places all over texas and he finds these gems and he will knock them down carefully and then rebuilding them at his property... he is an incredible guy!

I dont think that Im gonna host an overnighter at my house since there isnt much popularity on this aspect however SINCE I live so close to the park I think it would be best if we just hang at the park, they are letting folks come n go freely if you have a weekender pass
