CCV Question

Ok, checked with the local auto stores, no one can get me a CCV grommet/valve, explained it to them where it was located ect. They just look at me like I am an idiot.

My question would be, does it have a different name, is it included in a package deal, mine is almost completely deteriorated, and it is affecting performance in a real bad way.
