I need to know what size the brake hard lines and screw/ends are for a 95 XJ.

I am having to replace mine cause they are rusted and striping when i try to spin them.

If you have a mechanic friend somewhere try taking your XJ to him and asking him to identify your line's for you...

Which hardlines are you trying to replace?? I'm assuming the ones that connect at the wheels??

Going from the master cylinder to the point where i connect the hose to the hardline.

Just take a piece in and match it. That is the easiest. But if you are going to fab some new lines, you might want to pick up some tools for that. It will come out much cleaner.

Make sure you get a double flare tool and a bender

Sucks that there's no Harbor Freight Tools over there. You could probably get all the tools you need for $10 dollars over there.

I just did the hard lines on my wifes '96
3/16 brake line.
Wheel end fittings are 3/8-24
I just reused the fittings at the master cylinder end.
The master cylinder ends are 3/8-24 for the two front lines.
1/2-20 I believe that feeds the rear brakes.
