I have a question about the difference between fuel injectors for a 94 Cherokee and a 97 grand Cherokee.
The reason I ask is cuz I just replace the motor in my 94 xj and the manifold that came with the motor I put in (97 zj) has the fuel injectors still on it and they look better than the ones on my old motor.

So my question is since they are different part numbers is there any difference in compatibility and performance and which should I use?

You should be good to go with those injectors. The big things are the pressure required and flow rate, since the engine is the same the injectors should work with out problems. You can always get the numbers for those injectors and check on the fuel pressure requirements and their flow rate if you are worried they won't flow enough.

that or a adjustable fuel pressure regulator. since 96 and on had the regulater in the tank (91 to 95 had 43 psi) and i think the pressure is 49.5 psi and flow the same..... i think

49.5 sounds right for the 97+
