So we recently moved to marble falls and currently staying with the in-laws
however lately things have been going great for me and my family as for opportunities and pretty much acts of God.
a few days ago I looked for houses to rent locally and came up with a handful to which only two respond however the first one I opted to look at was a much larger house on 2 acres which the house was a trailer and it was from 1970's
and the previous tenants were smokers which I am not.
anyhow needless to say that option went out the window and so i emailed about another house that was on 2.5 acres however the catch was 1200 sqft
so I figured I need to at least go and LOOK at it before I shut it out...
so as I drive up to the property which is out in the country which is a new venture for us anyhow all I can SAY was WOW this place is amazing... the house itself wasnt much however EVERYTHING else was completely amazing
so anyhow here are the pictures Ive taken so far.
now everything in these pictures are ON this property... NOT a neighbor but on the property of the house we are NOW renting.
First off the driveway is a HUGE circle drive and when you come in from the street the first thing you see is

now I know this seems odd or like some replica makers dream however I looked this all over... and EVERY SINGLE ITEM is original and genuine from the 1920's era. the gas station was an original that the landlord himself piece by piece took down and relocated to his property to maintain its originality. the Texaco signs are genuine as well as all of these bottles and cans

so last night after trying to put into words how incredible this place really is to the family we opted to just go out there and show them in person so here are the pics I took during twilight

and THIS is a riverbed that in the rainy season is usually full... this river flows right through the property and the driveway is a bridge over it

This is a view of the spa patio however the tennants a few years back didnt run the pump in the winter one month and all the pipes froze in the spa and at any rate the spa is no longer there...

this is a pond thats across from the house next to the carport which looks more like a dance floor. that pond has goldfish in it currently however the landlord has said that Koi do very well in there also.

and what WASNT shown due to lack of daylight was there are three additional buildings on site two about 300 sqft and the other about 200 sqft
all of which are powered and one is plumbed however nothing out there as of yet as for toilets or sinks
and guys if that ALL wasnt enough guess what 6 miles down the road

OMG sooo Im wanting to host a wheeling/party/camping sleepover type weekend party... we have PLENTY of room to host anybody that wants to come ...literally we have 2.5 acres of land that is MORE than enough to camp out on ... and on the property there is a huge fire pit a grill and lots of room to park
we move in next thursday so I'll post a video tour of everything for you guys but ANYBODY that can make it Id love to have you come out and sit a spell with us and go wheeling for a day and camp for FREE!
