I have seen em hit the lower bolt on the bumper bracket while going over bumps, but never the frame. Could you post some pics of it?

Well I have seen the need for a shakle relocation kit when flexing, but never just driving over bumps

OK, now I get it. Your spring is too long. If you were to extend the shackle, which they probably assumed you would do anyway, it will probably clear.

what length of extension do you think would work ? a 1 inch you think

It is a little hard for me to get it right from the pic. But if I was doing it, I would measure how much of the spring eye is inside the shackle bracket and then extend it that much. You might look into a boomerang shackle, bent in the middle for this purpose and get a set of those, which would do the trick nicely I think.

well i guess it makes sense now because the lift kit had the option to do a 3 inch spring lift with a 1.5 shackle to get the 4.5 lift but i needed new springs so i went with the full pack.

Many times they use the same rear spring for two different heights, just adding a shackle for the extra.

Any time, that is one of the reasons we are all here. Let us know how it works out.

sorry one more question for you 4.3, do you know how much extra height those boomerang shackle's would give me ?

No, I don't. A couple of our vendors on here could answer that question for you though. Mark at Payless is on vacation, you might check with Jason at Jeepin Outfitters.

you don't need to answer that question i just found some online, it's like 1 3/8 max so i guess my jeeps butt will be sitting high. and again thank you i hope i can be as knowledgable as you guy's about this stuff

It all comes from experience. I learned a lot of stuff on forums and from just plain taking them apart and putting them back together.
