my 1990 is now a hybrid 1990 1995 lifted the 9 inch lift and 35 inch tires went in easy stock suspension came out without too much struggle the 95 tranny and tranfer went very difficultly but learn a few new tricks the electrical swapped easy and shifts so far but having brake issues (rusty and stuck parts) bleeding issues as well but working on that my 4x4 lights for engagement don't work is there a fix for this or is this the wiring problems i have to deal with the transfer is from a 1995 the jeep is a 1990

It does sound like a pretty sweet setup.. can't wait to see some pics of your setup.. I woudl think you shouldn't have any issues as far as swapping the TC from a 95 into a 90... unless some wires came loose during the swap or something..

having a rear brake probem as in there are none have bled 3 liters and no air my rear diff is out of a 90's explorer but not sure whatyear it has stock disk brake i need to know what years disc were stock so i can get parts can anyone help out???

I know my 00 explorer has stock disc brakes.

The explorers came with disc rear starting in 95.

Looks good lifted.. The 35's look good on there.. I plan to probably hit 35's with my lift once I can afford to pick up some pocket style flares to be able to trim my fenders..

Hit the JY up for a V8 Durango, ZJ, or Ram steering box.. or even an older YJ box... that would def. help you out as far as the larger tires.. heck.. pick up the YJ box.. it is a 4 bolt box instead of just 3, which might eventually rip through your frame.. Not to mention you can pick up some beefier steering parts that can always help..
