Thats a centering yoke , i carry them in stock.

It centers the H yoke on the the tube end yoke and maintains the alignment of the dual carden. Ok what do I win ???

Every NAPA should carry them, only they will use the IAPCO part number or there own. I believe the IAPCO numbber is a 7-0081 or 7-0081ng for non greaseable, dont quote me on that I didn't check thats just from memory.
