Just the e-brake cable. It's a Lokar and only a couple of months old. Of course I won't have the reciept.

I bent the part that attached to the spindle on the passenger side... don't remember what it's called. Hit a pothole in a trail covered in brush.... fml.

don't know if I broke it or it just wore out but I've been having issues with the volt meter not reading 14 like it used to. Checked the battery, 12volts, started da lizard, still 12 volts, turned on the lights and still 12 volts, so now I'm hoping it's just the gauge has decided to die. This morning, started up and huge puff of smoke. Now I'm wishing I was a mechanic.

Will have to see as well how it turns out but it looked like the cooling system was acting up.... jeep was not overheating but the coolant started boiling over in the coolant bottle and made it out through the cap... it could be that the cap was not on ttight enough or that some of the hoses are in need ot be changed...

To follow ;)

U-Joint blew up at about 70-75MPH... Shock went threw the tcase and tranny and cracked the Bell housing all the way around... Also twisted the output shaft for the rear DS on the tcase... Clutch chewed itself up too.

BTW, you do understand that with that piece broken off your BLOCK and it being cast iron that means you need to replace the block?

I heard it may be able to be tig welded but that's a coin toss if it will hold.

I have seen that same damage on a 98 Ram 1500.

We welded the bell housing back together as well as the Ears on the Block.

The T-case was a total lost but luckily we were able to convince the dealer to cover it under warranty. this was in 1998.

Patrick... that aint TOO bad a fix actually pretty simple and the parts are EVERYwhere... all your gonna need for removal and installation other than basic tools is a pair of snap ring pliers... not the ones that make the ring SMALLER but the ones that expand the rings...
but yea you gotta pop that case open!
