Does anyone know what thread size the factory bolts are for the TCase support? I made a set of 1" blocks to do the drop but wanna be sure I have the correct size bolts before tearing it apart.
Oh and does it mess with your shift linkage much doing the drop? Like major realignment.
Thanks

You will need to readjust the linkage when done.

but then again, maybe not..........watch for binding.

I was referring to the tread size of the bolts needed to replace the stock ones. Is this a good idea to do? I figured my slip yoke would be further in the t-case doing this, also lessening my vibes.

I know......Knowing the size wrench it takes to remove, I'll tell you the bolt size. Mine are all broken off.....

Ok how about the TJ slip yoke. It is longer right? and a direct fit onto our T-Cases.

It would only be longer if the T Case was different than your application.
Best of my knowledge, SYE are sold by T Case ID, not Jeep model........

Put a wrench on that bolt head yet?

The YJ slip yoke is the one that is longer. The ears of it are 1/2" longer than the XJ allowing more driveline angle and also pushing the splines in that much.
