righto, we lift our jeeps,throw bigger tires cause at end of the day we want clearance...lowest part of our heaps is diff....so lets play a game....
park ya heap on flat ground and measure the clearance y'all have...

Why dosen't any one make diff skids? I rode trials bikes in the 70s and in trials you use your skid plate to slide over almost everything taller than the skid.

All lies.....lonestar is the nectar of the gods. I got my new shoes on yesterday (35 km2's) and I measured before and after. They were worn down 32 at's before (measured 30).

Rear diff 8.75" 10.75"
front diff 9.75" 11.5"
rockers 23" 25"

I threw the rocker part in because I see people listing what lifts they have. The lift shouldn't matter if you're just looking at diff height. BTW, 4.5" of lift and boxed rocker replacement.

Mine is minimal... but it ALL goes down to what tires your running... the bigger the TIRE the more clearance you have... If I lift mine 10 inches and run 35's Ill still have the same diff clearance if I have a 3 inch lift and cutting and still clear 35's

I like this game........even tho I'll never win it, so I've 10-1/4" frt & 9-!/4" rear. When I measured Diff clearance on a mates GQ Nissan Pootrol on 33's I came out in front by 1/2" so when I fit the 33's I'll be 1-1/2"s in front of that ugly old truck......I can't upload pics to XJTalk so unable to qualify my measurements & this is why i haven't bothered trying to put up any builds that I've done in the past.....:bang:
