Guys and Gals, I just wanted to let you know that if your brake pedal suddenly goes down just a little bit and refuses to go any farther, no matter how hard you press, it is the valve on the brake booster. For those who are not sure where the brake booster is, it is attached to the firewall on the driver's side. You can identify it easily enough. The master cylinder is attached to it. The master cylinder is what you put brake fluid in. You can look that up in your manual. The valve, in question, came apart, thus leaving me without any vacuum boost, which power brakes rely on. Is it attached to the front of the brake booster with a hose coming off of it going to the engine intake area. Tomd0223
