seems i saw a cover kit that you had to weld all the parts together. who makes these.

Hmmm I've never seen that. Check out DETOURS (http://www.detoursusa.com/) they are selling the Bad Apple Fab diff covers for $50. Might be cheaper than a kit.

This is the one I was looking at for my dana 30 first then C8.25 later.

they seem to be just about the toughest thing that i have ever seen and you can get with countersunk bolt holes and a drain plug, for if you do a lot of muddin'

Dan at Rough Stuff is a great guy and puts out a awesome product, I would highly recomend these. Tell Dan I sent ya and ya might get a deal ??
