Well there's not much going on in the FAB thread. I haven't noticed anything different about the chat. I thought I read some where that it was supposed to change.

the only real change with the chatbox is the ability to change your text, and I believe the BB code option.. unless something has changed on that part..

Other change about chat is you have access to the archives.
