Well I had to get another pan gasket the one I had split on my install yesterday so they just delivered it so I am going to RTV it in place on the block before I put the pan up

I just replaced the Oil pan gasket on my 93 last month.. fun stuff but could have been worse. I found that if I put a bolt at each corner of the pan with the gasket on the pan that it held it in place well enough to get the pan positioned under the engine. I could then unbolt it and bolt the whole thing straight up onto the engine.

So you figured out that was where it was leaking was just the pan gasket?? I mean a leak is a leak, I know... but at least it wasn't the rear seal again..
