Cracked plug of some sort?

I noticed this when I was fin the middle of troubleshooting another issue.
The circled object in red is whats cracked a bit on the rubber plug/hose or whatever it is and it almost looks like its leaked out.
Any clue?

Whats circled looks like your fuel pressure regulator. it should have a vacuum line attached where the rubber plug is. might want to consult a manual for vacuum diagrams.

Yes that should be a vacuum line on that regulator. It should run right over onto the intake.

x3 but if your getting fuel out of it its bad it should NOT leak. btw if there real $$$$ let me know i know i have one of them
