thank you it is a 90 4dr wagoner all stock for now just got it yesterday after missing my old 86 i sold in the spring im mainley here to find out about lifts and see if there is somewhere that still offers parts this jeep has a sunroof factory in it and the previous owners i guess sealed it up with silicone so im fixing to tear into it but want to be sure i can get parts for that before i do and for the lift i seen one on ebay it was a rear coilover conversion 6.5 and it said that you could run 37" or 38" tires it just dont sound possible so i will be on here searching unless anyone has soem helpfull info thank you again for the site it looks very usefull

:welcome: to xjtalk!! First off when you say 1990 Wagoneer... are you meaning the FSJ or the XJ style?? If it is the XJ style you are referring too... then no you can't run 37's on a 6.5" lift... 35's with a bit of trimming or cut out flares... but def. not 37's... I am guessing you are meaning that the PO sealed the sunroof around where the normal seal would be with silicone?? Only real question is, was it leaking before, I am guessing due to a worn out seal... it would be nice if they would have told you why it was sealed with silicone so you knew what parts you might be looking into needing... I would think you should still be able to get the seal for the sunroof if that is the issue through the stealership parts dept.

yea sorry it is an xj it says wagoner on the side and has the funny looking front end with 4 headlights i wished i could find the previous owner i got the jeep at a small lot who bought it from an auction company but yes it is sealed around were the seal would go

... XJ on 37's with 6.5 inches of lift... CAN BE DONE!!! mine will be on 39's or 40's with 6.5 inches of lift... give me three more months and it should be complete!
