Yes, I will be using this mostly on the road. But have 20 acres of land up north. Just wanted the clearance and tread for better bite in the dirt. I will be working this XJ like a horse up there. I wish I could afford to do some trails. I will get er dirty though. :D
It has a 3" lift and class III hitches front and rear now. So get the tires and misc, stuff and I should be ready for spring.
OH! Harbor frieght has a 5500# winch for $250 was thing about that too with the reciever attachment.

The Riken Tires are a good brand. They are actually a private label BFGoodrich tire, and BFGoodrich is a division of MAST which is Michelin America Small Tire. They make up about 10 different brands, all of which are made by Michelin. The Mud Kings people run alot are made by BFG as well... just a few facts to go along with it. Hope that helps

On their main page right now they have a Manager's deal for a Smittybuilt XRC 8000 for $305.99.. would be a much better unit for ya if you got the bit extra to spend...

good looking tires. I would never buy Firestones, never ever, ever, had one blow up in my trunk, had never been on the ground. I called firestone about it and the reply was "we get a lot of this happening" ever since I avoid their products like the plague.

Id check with discount first... I just priced these out and discount was about 70 dollars cheaper per tire for 38 inch KM2's
For instance this 38 goodyear NO kevlar cost MORE at the site listed
http://www.tirebuyer.com/tirebuyerwicket/home/tab/Buy%20Tires/zip/53186/subtab/Shop%20by%20Tire%20Size/sortChanged/false/tSizeChg_1518119013/true/action/searchyBySize/selPanel/tireCatalogView/frontWidth/38/frontRatio/14.50/frontDiameter/17/wicket:pageMapName/wicket-1
