hey, has anybody had any experience with craftsman or dewalt cordless 18v impact wrench? i got 3 dewalt xrp batteries laying around, so i was leaning towards the dewalt. sears says they both put out 300 ft. lbs.

I would have to see that 300# to believe it. My air wrench will do that, but it runs on 175# of air. That might be some wishful thinking on some advertisers part.

i got a few mixed reviews. one of them said that the dewalt couldn't take off 4 or 5 8-lug wheels. the battery died with 2 lugs left. granted you ain't gonna pound an impact all day long, but u wanna be able to do a bit more than that. i'm starting to think the harbor freight electric impact is a better deal. it says 230ft. lbs. heck, i'd be happy if it can do 200#
