Would the new JK stock front bumper fit on the XJs??????

As far as I can remember the bolt holes will not line up would have to fab to get it to work.

No. The JK bumpers mount completely different from how XJ bumpers mount. JK bumpers are going to be a few inches wider than XJ bumpers too. They also wouldn't match the body lines of an XJ very well either n
