Deer!!!!

I just got my "FIRST":smiley-angelic006: deer of the season. A small doe. First with my new 270 also.

I shoot for meat not horns but if a nice rack walks out in front of me that is a different story.

If anyone wants a pic I will snap one in the morning.

I don't have my Heep anymore and I wouldn't dare hit one with pops9xj's heep. But I did take one out in moms 05 ford focus in aug.

That's a pretty good looking deer. Not to terribly small. I got 2 doe opening morning before 7am, and didn't see anything the rest of the season. No one else in the family got anything so my plans of one deer commited to the jerky lifestyle are foiled yet again.

I hunt with a cannon though. Rueger 7mm mag. I chose to hunt with a cannon because I don't like to make animals suffer. People give me a hard time about using this gun, but at the end of the day, I'm not tracking a deer that is bleeding to death and suffering.

I don't care for savage much. Don't know why, just. Never have. Sorry by the way. I don't know why I posted a Ruger 7mm. It's a Browning. My .45 pistol is my rueger. Been a busy week. Drama has surrounded me. Also, about a week or two ago, I picked up an AR15 M4. Haven't taken it out yet though with deer season just finishing up. Soon though. Maybe I can get some pics of my guns up if anyone is interested in those. If not, no worries.
