What is your opinion on a diff cover for protection? Which one would you get first, front or rear. I'm thinking front, but maybe I'm missing something...
I like this one...

I did Front and Rear and the same time, but that is because I backed into a rock with the rear diff. I just got a stock diff cover and put on some of those rings. they seemed to work great for the rocks.
I would do the front first it is very rare that you will hit something with the rear... unless you drive like me.. lol

I was going to say I would hit the front first, since that is the one that you would naturally hit first and most often on anything... and then do the rear cover... I myself am probably going to hit the front one up when I do a lunchbox locker... and will do the rear when I can either have someone weld it up, or I can get a locker for it.. but that might all change as my rear diff looks like it maybe leaking just a little bit... so that might move that change up a bit sooner... Ilike the Ruffstuff... and although I don't like the price as much as I like the Solid covers... I do like the design and the tuff-ness of them... so will be looking to pick up the ruff-stuff covers for both of mine...

I've got the Ruff Stuff front and rear... They are beefy as hell. I did both at the same time but if I was doing one it would be the front first. They have a discount for jeepforum and Naxja members also.

That is for a Dana 30, but they had a C8.25 cover on that page as well.
