trail sites

Hey everyone,
I'm trying to start setting up some runs for a small group of us and was wondering if anyone uses these off road trail websites (like dirtopia) to find new trails, or trails they didn't know existed? Just trying to do a little homework, and no single site covers everything so, the more places to look, the better!:driving:

One thing I have done is search the websites of the national forests. Many of them have downloadable topographic maps. For my local CA forest, I have down loaded the relevant parts of the topographic maps and then taped them together. There is a wealth of information on them and have found a few new possibilities that we will explore. Compare them with Google Maps, satellite view for conformation.
