'95 Front Windshield Washer

I was wondering if there was a front windshield washer switch or lever somewhere for the 1995 XJ.

I have the switch on the dash for my rear washer/wiper and I though it was weird that I couldn't find the washer for the front.

Was it only on certain models? Am I just completely overlooking it?

It should be on your turn signal lever.

Its not. I know most had the part you push on to spray the front but mine doesn't.

Well im stumped then. I didnt think it was an option. Do you have a washer bottle under the hood?

This is the only parts listing I found when searching for the switch. So if it aint there I guess you dont have one.

Awesome. That is indeed where it is.

I guess 15 years of turning wipers on/off has rubbed off the arrow on the control.

I had a question about the wipers too...

When I turn them on, they sometimes randomly shut off. I have to turn them all the way to the LO or HI setting to get them to stay on.

Any ideas?

You have a wiper delay. It is working normally. You use this for when there is just a little rain or drizzle, but not enough to justify wipers going all the time.

Wow I'll have to check but I believe on my 1998 I pull the lever towards me. It's the turn signal level on the right. Yeah that's right. I rotate the end of the same lever for delay wiper, all the way to constant slow and fast.
