hi all i am wondering the best place to look up engine mods for my 1990 xj plz help if can i cant seam to find much thanks for the help

www.quadratec.com is a good place to start, or www.4wd.com.

For engine upgrades it depends on how involved you want to get... just bolt on? Go with a bored throttle body, headers, and an exhaust system. For a bit more in depth you can do swap the head, cam, crank, etc..
