The audio on this is pretty sucky, but to me this sounds to high pitched and to much of a rattle to be a rod bearing, and not deep enough to be a crank bearing. I'm thinking a lose bolt(s) on the flywheel...

The noise disappears with the slightest bit of throttle.
Oh and oil pressure is normal.

If it disappears with a few rpms, then it is not a rod bearing. It is hard to tell from the vid, but it might be a weird exhaust leak

On a quick burst acceleration (in park) I get a rattle that sounds like something associated with the exhaust then it goes away. Short duration.
