I saw another mag called 4 wheel drive and they said all 4x4's I was going to get it but forgot my wallet :sad0147:

Most of that is old news that gets stirred up every 2 years, existing laws cover alot of whats mentioned already state by state. Lift laws vary a great deal, lighting & emmissions as well......Connecticut for example requires your extra lighting to be covered or capped, it's not legal for street use. They also have emmion laws, while here in KY they dont. Lift laws will vary between states.......according to Connecticuts lift laws, a bone stock TJ is legal by 3/8 of an inch..."bone stock"......why? Because they measure from the door sill. Thats not to say there are'nt a ton of lifted Jeeps in that state.

It's always good to see someone paying attention to these types of articals, its brings awareness to others and infact one should keep an eye on your elected officials.....you never know what they're up to inorder to remain/become popular.......dont forget, we're coming up on election season, this typically explains
the timing of the artical.
