it is well worth it. i have them on my jeep, i did not do the swap Tera Flex in Salt Lake City Utah did the swap with one of their kits. it is nice.

I have 2 d44's I did the swap on. Its a lil more work on the d44 using the zj discs... but can be done with some machining, or you can use Crown vic disc brakes.. less work.. just harder to find in my area

I have no personal experience but have been told the rear discs from a Liberty is an easy swap to earlier 8.25 Chrysler axles.

After checking with a JY by my office the 94-98 ZJ 4x4 has drum brakes the 2x4 has discs. I wonder why they are different. Maybe I should stick with the drums.

Thats not completely true. My 95 ZJ had rear disc and it was a 4x4

Maybe the guy at the JY did'nt know what he was talking about. I'm going to check some more out today.
