So I am throwing CEL code P132, basically O2 sensor in Bank 1 Sensor 1. I know this is upstream from the CAT. I have found one O2 Sensor going into the pipe below the motor and I think that is Bank 1 Sensor 2.
So where in the heck is Bank 1 Sensor 1 O2 sensor located?
I looked at the autozone diagram and I still cannot manage to find a 3rd 02 sensor.

So could someone please tell or even show me a photo of where the 1998 Bank 1 Sensor 1 oxygen sensor is. I have one in hand needing to get it put on so I could use this information ASAP!

Do I possibly only have 2 O2 Sensors? 1 on the pipe under the engine and then the one after the Cat?

Thanks,
Bo

Well I decided I do only have 2. CEL is gone and things seem to be good now. Hope so cause O2 sensors are expensive.

1998 (at least my 1998) has two Oxygen sensors. One is very close to the exhaust manifold and the other is near the catalytic converter. I would replace both at the same time, and then keep the other two for spares. If you know one is bad, just mark it.

Yes you have 2 one in front of the cat that monitors the engine and a second one behind the cat the monitors the cat itself. They are heated o2's so normally the heater is what goes bad

My '99 has two, the one before the cat is the up stream or #1 and the one past the cat is the down stream #2. and Payless is correct they are heated and the heater quitting or the harness getting on the exhaust and shorting can cause you problems. :)
