Hey Everyone..

My name is Kyle and Im a jeep addict.

Just picked up a 89 XJ for 250.00! Figured Im on a bunch of other Jeep forums whats one more!

Im mostly from the JK world but this new project will change that.

Figured Id come hang out here a bit and talk some XJ talk.

Ive owned a few Jeeps in the past but new to the XJ world.

My XJ will be mostly for the trail but every now and than a daily driver.

Cracked Transfer Case
179K 4.0L Auto
Hasnt started in 2 years. Ran great before Transfer Case Cracked.
XJ is from TN. No Rust at all.
Some minor body damage, mostly just bumpers and 1 Big Ding in Door

As of 5/3/10 -

Shes up and running.
Needs new Steering Pump and hoses (Looking for one!!)

Not sure if Trans works or not but Transfer Case has a 4 inch whole in it.

Im looking for a new Transfer case that has 23 Spline.

I have a transmission for it pulled from a 95 Cherokee 2 door, I believe it will work as long as I get the correct Transfer case spline count.

Not sure on the whole vaccuum issue yet..

I may just try and find a new AW4 and NP242 and be done with it (Also looking to buy)
