the front ones from a v8 will give you bout 3" of lift. as for the rear they run coil in the rear.

This varies greatly! I only got 1" from a set of V8 Coil Springs. I run them with a 2" spacer to get my 3" up front.

From what I've been reading, it makes a difference what kind of V8 model they come from. It's been recommended to get the coils from a 5.9L Limited instead of a 5.2L to get more lift.
