At 9:02am on April 19th 1995 168 people including 19 children were killed in the worst act of domestic terrorism.

The Alfred P Murrah building in downtown Oklahoma City was destroyed by Timothy McVeigh with help from Terry Nichols.

We will never forget and for those that lost their lives, may God hold you close.

I will once again be in Downtown for the OKC Memorial Marathon and if you ever get the chance to visit the Memorial please do so. I also hear the museum is good as well but have not been able to go yet.

I heard on the news this morning that former President Bill Clinton was equating Tea Party members with Timothy McVeigh as potential domestic terrorists.

Not often... though I only live just north of OKC I do not go downtown unless I am attending an event, which is not often..
Why do you ask?

Downtown become pretty nice with the canal, and bricktown, and the OKC Thunder, and all sorts of stuff.

I just don't have the time, money, or patience to go down there often.

Sad day in American history, all that death and destruction caused by one of our own citizens.:(

He's just scared because we're a threat to his liberal agenda!! :patriot:
