I recieved my replacement bumper on Wednesday but the weather and running a ranch have all been against me. I have made progress, but I still have to actually get my bumper put on. I was going to wait to start a thread until it was all finished, but decided to start it now and add the final pictures when I get done.
Keep in mind that this is my first attempt ever for sanding, painting, and replacing a bumper.
This is the bumper I have now

This is the bumper the day It got off the FedEx truck

I spent two days sanding it and getting it ready for paint. Yes, I brought it in the house everynight so that I could stare at what a straight bumper actually looked liked. It has been almost four years since I have seen one.

This was the tear down.

These were all the tools that were used

I don't know how well you can see where I circled the picture, but that whole piece was bent over two of the three bolts that needed to come out. At this point I could not do it alone and had to call a friend to come and help me bend that piece of metal out of the way so that I could reach the bolts.

This is where I had to stop for the day, but I will try and have my Jeep all put back together tomorrow. What I thought would take 1/2 hour to remove took 3 hours.

Edit: I took the grill out because It was pushed back twords the radiator from hitting a deer a few years back and I needed to replace the screws that had broken off. So while I waited for reinforcements to arrive and help with my bumper, I decided to tackle the grill as well.
