im looking at caigslist houston last night and saw a 1999 Toyota Tacoma 4X4 V6 for sale for cheap so i email him and got this back


Hello ,

I'm selling a beautiful, well maintained 1999 Toyota Tacoma 4X4 V6 because my platoon has been sent back to Afghanistan and don't want it get old in my backyard. The price is low because I need to sell it before February 10. Paint shines ,zero dings/dents,no accident. Non-smoker,always garaged and covered. It comes with all the documents needed for registration. The title is clear. Only 44,159 miles, perfect condition in and out.

I'm asking $2,300.00 this price includes door to door shipping, handling and insurance fees for shipping within the continental US. You will have 10 days for inspection and possibility for a refund policy. The vehicle is located in Wagoner, OK.

The door to door shipping sounds a bit much. If you had a credit card you could charge it on that, and if it was a scam all you'd be out is $50, right?

its a scam we googled it and theres lots about that guy so :bsflag:

There is a rear plate, but the characters are whited out.

I never understood why people swirl, white out, obscure their license plate in Internet pictures anyway.

I personally would call the local base and get the Corp's involved. They would take a real poor view of this and would probably investigate it faster than anyone else. Definetly a scam, but to use a Solders name to do it ,thats low.
