Overall, a nice build, numerous customers of mine are well aware of your XJ, some are on the same page as you, builds will vary.......a similiar build by Steven:

He has a TailBone shipping on Monday, loosing that roof rack!

Thanks. I considered the Rusty flares for a few minutes. Nice to see how it looks. I like that roof rack the best though.

Oh I misunderstood, when you said blue prints to this I thought you were talking about all the mods.

The bumper is a drawing I made and gave to DETOURS to translate into a real bumper. No blue prints. Just many years of building skills.

Not me, maybe someone else does. I believe most people that build their own bumpers just get cardboard and tape and mock it up on the front of their XJ then take it apart to use as templates to mark and cut the steel.

Yup, that is how it is done. Get some good scissors and the cardboard and have at it. Keep cutting and retaping until you get what you like. Also use cardboard to make your frame plates. Hold the cardboard there real steady and tap the holes with a small ball peen hammer and it will cut out the holes for you. You can also tap along a sharp edge and it will cut the cardboard too.

Good idea guys, but I have no idea how it's supposed to be bolted or welded on so that my bumper does not come flying off when I use my winch.
