ok everyone i just got my ballistic catalog so im thinking about making some lca and maybe some uca im going to lift it 2 1/2 or 3 inches what size end and dom tubing would you use and why ?????

I would ask Ballistic their recommendation. They would know more what their stuff can take and which components work the best together.

most people that use tube on theirs use 2in dom tube. as with the ends find ones that are the same width as yours with the same size bolt hole dia. are you plannin on using ballistic joints, bushings, heims? you could always use 2" dom with a 1/4" wall. can use a 1.5" x 12tpi tube adapter to make it adjustable. you can get all the joints/bushings in that side stud.

think of it this way its harder to bend a piece of square tube then it is a round. you have 2 flat sides on the square where on the round there are really no flat rigid side wall. the long arms im about to do are goin to be out of 3/16" wall square.

how road worthy would they be ???

if you where to put bushings in both ends they would be just as road worthy as you stock ones and ride just as well if not better.
