says 7650 towing capacity. the woody isn't loaded properly, but it's also a 4500 lb rig. got the truck squatted pretty good. I realize tow ratings aren't about suspension, but still. I'm sure it's coils on all 4

that said, it's a damn good looking rig! bet they're proud of them tho.

They are good looking, and definitely Jeep. However for a work truck I would prefer a larger bed and the rear axle farther back in the bed. I think a 2 door wold be better, but that is not the trend

shorter WB would probably wheel better too

I am sure it would. Oh well, if you want a real pickup, get a pickup and wheel something smaller

well, got a Tundra for towing stuff. towing capacity is just one of those things I think about when I see a truck. or a jeep-truck.

It is really hard to make a truck or Jeep that does everything well. Currently beefing up my Chevy to do it all, accept maybe hardcore wheeling. That 14 bolt is just too big to wheel with anything less than 44s. It would hang up on everything

nice. what sort of mods you doing to the Chevy? stiffer leafs and big shocks? overload springs is another good addition

First thing is to get some fender flairs so I can run duals. It will be a short duallie, kind of cute when they are done. Will be getting one ton stuff for the front too.

You are right Warren, accept the new Gladiator has a much greater GVW rating. More like a modern pickup. And Denver, I will post up when I get more than the rear end under it. Next thing I think is going to be something for the front in increased brake capacity. Those brakes on the back are now 13X3.5". About as large as you can get on something like a ton truck. I had that size on my old W300 and they had some real stopping power
