Has anyone ever used Liberty wheels on your XJ?

I'm interested in going to a larger wheel (16") and I come across a set of Liberty aluminum wheels with 225/75R16 tires for a really good price. I know the bolt pattern is the same but the backspacing is a little deeper.

Anyone have an opinion on this or tried them before?

Myron, you might want to check that bolt pattern again. The Libby uses the now standard 5X5" pattern for Jeeps. The XJ uses the old standard Jeep pattern of 5X4.5". You will need some adapters to make it work

If you want 16 inch stock wheels look for a set of these from a ZJ

The Liberty used 5x4.5 wheels, I was running a set of 16" wheels from a KJ Liberty on one of my XJs. The offset looks to be a littler different but I haven't measured them to know for sure.

Blue XJ in the middle has KJ wheels.

KJ 16"s on the back, XJ 15"s on the front.

I like the ZJ wheels. I think those are limited edition.
