Upper Radiator Nipple

Is there a technical name for the upper radiator hose mount?

Anyway, mine is a little dinged up and I'm getting a bit of a leak where the hose clamps.
When I had it off, I used a socket to work at it... Then a slightly bigger socket and again...
Close to round, but not.

If there was an exhaust pipe stretching tool that was 1 1/4'ish... That'd work.

Anyone have a simple fix...

I can't find one that small...
Someone at work suggested taking a socket that's close in size... and use a hose clamp.
That may be the best bet... if I can't find a smaller exhaust tool.
