Alright here you go, I found you after googling "loose steering on xj".
I have a 1998 xj 2 door that has a 5" lift down from the 6.5" that I bought it with, it now has 315x75" tires on 16" rims that fit nicely into the cutout wheel wells. Flares that look to be hard fiberglass from a wrangler of some year, they are through bolted to the fenders, warn front bumper with Smittybuilt 9.5 winch and ORF tube bumper in the rear, a curtis rack on top all custom (home) coating of sprayon bedliner with Kevlar.:xj-blue: Lots of underneath changes as well like rustys front lift, zone leaves and shackles in rear rubicon express shocks all around. Sway bars are long gone and i was told it had lockers up front but I dont think so, more to be discovered in the future I'm sure.

Welcome to xjtalk Jeff! Sounds like you may have gotten into an already built rig. It's usually a good way to get some nice gear without paying the new prices. When you can, post a pic of the beast!

Sent via messenger pigeon. I talk, he types.

There are two ways. First, under the "Go Advanced" option under the box you type in is a button for manage attachments. You can upload three pics from your computer that way. The best and most manageable option is to use a free hosting service like Photobucket and just copy the image code for each pic in the area you type in. This will allow you to post up to 20 pics in one post.

I find the easiest way is to use the tapatalk app. Has a picture upload option right in the reply box.
