From the Wrangler and truggy/buggy guys I know, this company makes some really nice aluminum transmission pans with cooling fins, and can machine a pan for a temp gauge port.
But it looks like they are trying to gauge interest in a AW4 pan, and they need actual units to check out, plus interest to sell what they make.
We know how sensitive the AW4 can be to running hot, so this may be a helpful option.
